Confidence, effective decision making, and being open to feedback. These qualities are extremely important to be a good leader because it take one of these qualities to exhibit all of them. A leader should be able to cater to the needs of their team. This can only be done efficiently if you have these important qualities. Leaders should be able to take criticism and  be confident in the way they are coordinating activities, understanding how to make reasonable decisions that will be beneficial to the majority if not all.

Why do you want to be a HOSA State Officer?

I would like to be a HOSA State Officer because I would like to broaden my horizons. Being a state officer can also influence my peers to participate in state-wide or nation-wide leadership positions. Being a State officer will allow me to gain and experience a larger leadership position. Also gaining leadership skills and meeting different people from different backgrounds. This will be a great way to widen my skill set and a great accolade to add to my accomplishments.
