Riddhi Patel credits HOSA with uncovering a passion for leadership that she never knew existed. Her transformation began at her first International Leadership Conference, where she realized that the true power of the organization lies in the depth of its connections. This experience pushed Riddhi to step "outside the box" and take on the challenge of state leadership. 

As State Historian, she is eager to merge her eye for social media and marketing with her deep-seated love for healthcare, ensuring that the milestones and memories of Arkansas HOSA are captured and shared with pride.

Riddhi’s curiosity about the human body and her heart for service have led her to pursue a future in cardiology or general surgery. She views healthcare as the ultimate form of community service and aims to build her leadership on three core pillars: compassion, curiosity, and connection. For Riddhi, these aren't just professional values, they are the foundation of how she interacts with the world. She is eager to spend her term as a bridge between the state office and the membership, fostering a sense of belonging for every student.

In her local community, Riddhi is a constant presence of support, whether she is volunteering at the library or babysitting in her neighborhood. She has a keen eye for detail, a trait that serves her well both as a historian and as a friend. Riddhi finds peace and inspiration in nature, often spending her free time exploring the outdoors with family. As she documents this year's journey, Riddhi is committed to being a leader who not only tells the story of Arkansas HOSA but lives out its mission through every interaction.
