For Manasvita Gottipati, HOSA is defined by the courage to say "yes" to the unknown. Her leadership journey was ignited by a single, formative interaction at the 2025 State Leadership Conference, where she was encouraged to embrace grit and step into her potential. Driven by the simple mantra that "you will never know unless you try," 

Manasvita has spent her first term on the State Executive Council evolving from a member into an experienced leader. Now in her second year of service, she is ready to take Arkansas HOSA to new heights by leading with a selfless, helping hand as State Vice President.

Aspiring to a career in Pediatric Oncology, Manasvita views herself as a bridge between medical innovation and the hope required by vulnerable families. She is already a fixture in the healthcare community, volunteering at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and participating in the Ignite Health Sciences program. These experiences have instilled in her the confidence to pursue demanding leadership roles while maintaining a focus on building long-lasting, authentic relationships with the members she represents.

Manasvita is a master of discipline, balancing her state-level responsibilities with a job at Chick-fil-A, service as a Student Council Representative, and teaching traditional Indian dance. This diverse background allows her to connect with members from all walks of life, bringing a unique energy and poise to the Vice Presidency. As she begins this new term, she remains committed to stepping outside her comfort zone and using her voice to advocate for the next generation of healthcare professionals.
