"I want to become an AR State HOSA officer because it would give me the incredible opportunity to serve my community and state on a larger scale, furthering HOSA's mission of fostering leadership and healthcare knowledge. This position would also allow me to connect with HOSA members from across the world, broadening my network and gaining inspiration from like-minded individuals who are equally passionate about healthcare and leadership. 

Additionally, I want to use this platform to help my state chapter and personal club grow by implementing new ideas, supporting members, and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. As a Mexican-American, I know firsthand how underrepresented we are in the healthcare field. I want to be a stepping stone for students like me—proof that success is possible and that we, too, can make a lasting impact in this field."
