Why do you want to be a HOSA State Officer?
"I never imagined I would be in the position I am today, completing this application, much less reflecting on how profoundly HOSA has shaped my journey. As an 8th grader, I entered this organization searching for where I might belong, unaware of the incredible impact HOSA would have on me. Through my involvement, I became deeply aligned with HOSA’s mission to cultivate the next generation of healthcare professionals. The organization’s focus on leadership, networking, and adaptability resonated with me, and I quickly became passionate about its core values. I have had the privilege of contributing at the local level, but my growing commitment to HOSA’s vision drives me to seek a broader platform for impact. This isn’t about what holding a state office can do for me, it’s about the invaluable opportunity to build upon the foundation laid by past officer teams. I am eager to advance Arkansas HOSA, not only by sustaining the momentum but also by expanding its influence and outreach. My goal is to elevate Arkansas HOSA’s profile, both locally and internationally, by creating meaningful opportunities to serve our communities and give back to the place that has supported us. HOSA is more than a club. It is an initiative that empowers our generation to build the foundation for our future. I am committed to fostering an environment that develops not only exceptional leaders but also compassionate individuals. I am confident that, together, we can propel Arkansas HOSA to new heights."
