"I want to become a HOSA State Officer because I am passionate about empowering future healthcare professionals and contributing to the growth of Arkansas HOSA.  The role of an executive council member represents an incredible opportunity to inspire and support aspiring healthcare students across the state, which is beyond the  scope of my local chapter.  Thus I feel as though I am ready to take the next step and serve as a member of the HOSA State Council, where I can help shape initiatives that impact a larger audience of all demographics and backgrounds.  I also am eager to represent Arkansas HOSA and create connections among its members along with contributing to HOSA's mission of inspiring the Future Healthcare Professionals of America to lead, learn, serve, and innovate.  In return, I am confident that the experience will further prepare me to acheive my goal of making an impact in the field of healthcare.
